One of the leading independent wrestling promotions in the
Mid-South region is back in action in Northwest Arkansas. Our next show is planned for Saturday Sept. 12. Check back for an updated card.
DCW formed in 2004 covering eastern Arkansas, western Tennessee and Mississippi.
At its height, DCW had syndicated television shows in three states and was widely considered one of the top independent promotions in North America. DCW had close ties with TNA Wrestling when it was based out of Nashville and regularly featured many of the company's top stars. DCW also had a working relationship with WWE developmental talent in the Mid-South area and regularly worked with its up and coming athletes.
DCW opened the door for many women in the sport, featuring several current TNA and WWE athletes.
DCW owner Dwayne Huckaba grew up on Memphis Championship Wrestling and with an old ring from the defunct World Class Championship Wrestling organization brought in by the one and only Black Bart, DCW had it’s first show in Brinkley, Ark.
The list of talent that has worked with DCW is a who’s who in the wrestling business. Some of the more famous names include Handsome Jimmy Valiant, Sid Vicious, Mick Foley, Wildfire Tommy Rich, Kevin Nash, AJ Styles, Elix Skipper, Sonny Siaki, Scott Hudson, Outlaw Don Bass, Abyss, David Young, King Mable, Beautiful Bobby Eaton, Brickhouse Brown.
DCW’s roster also included some of the top independent talent in the region include Loose Cannon, Austin Lane, Big Indian Coyota, Bull Pain, Danny B. Good, Hollywood Jimmy, Jamie Jay, Reno Diamond, Rik Burton, The San Francisco Treat, Sexy Sam Dollar and Xkaliber.
The ladies that were part of DCW included Angel Williams, Bobcat, Christie Ricci, Daffney, Daizee Haze, Molly Holly, Lollipop, ODB, Taylor Matheny and Traci Brooks.
